Shipping & delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the continental United States. There's no minimum and no hidden fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. After processing, most orders deliver in 7–10 business days via freight. Dallas / Fort Worth customers can often get next-day delivery on in-stock items — call or text us to confirm.
Will the driver bring it inside?
Standard delivery is 'threshold' — meaning the driver brings it to the first dry area of your home (foyer, entryway, or garage). If you want it placed in the room of your choice, unpacked, and lightly assembled, select White Glove delivery at checkout for an additional fee.
Do you deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada?
We currently ship only within the continental 48 states. Reach out if you're outside that area — we can sometimes arrange freight separately.
Can I pick it up locally?
Yes — local pickup is available in Dallas, TX the day after purchase. Let us know when you order.
Fit & sizing
Will it fit through my door?
Every sectional on our site is designed to fit through a standard 32-inch doorway. Measure your doorway, hallway turns, and elevator if applicable. Not sure? Text us a photo at (214) 235-9355 and we'll help you check.
How do I measure my room?
Measure the length and width of the space where the furniture will go, and note any obstacles like radiators, vents, or windows that open inward. Then compare against the product dimensions listed on the product page.
What if it doesn't fit in my room?
That's what the 30-day satisfaction guarantee is for. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Payment & financing
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), plus Afterpay, Klarna, and Cash App Pay for installment plans. All payments are processed securely through Square.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — through Afterpay, Klarna, and Cash App Pay at checkout. These let you split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. No credit check is required for most approvals. See the full financing page for details.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments go through Square, the same processor used by 4 million+ small businesses. We never see or store your card details.
Can I pay over the phone?
Call us at (214) 235-9355 and we'll send you a secure Square invoice you can pay from any device.
Products & care
Is the fabric pet-friendly?
Our corduroy and teddy-fabric pieces are rated 9,000–15,000 on the double-rub test — meaning they hold up to pets and kids. Leather pieces like the Cortez are even more durable.
How do I clean my sofa?
For fabric pieces, spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. For leather, use a leather conditioner every 6–12 months. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Is assembly required?
Most sectionals ship in modular pieces that snap or bolt together in 15–30 minutes. Instructions are included. If you prefer, select White Glove delivery at checkout and we'll assemble it for you.

Returns & warranty
What's your return policy?
30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not in love with your piece, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation. See the full returns page for details.
Who pays for return shipping?
In most cases, we cover return shipping for manufacturing defects or damage in transit. For changed-mind returns, a return-shipping fee may apply. See the returns page.
