Here's how to see where your order is right now and what to do if something doesn't look right.

Check your confirmation email

When you ordered, Square sent a receipt from no-reply@squareup.com. It includes your order number and a link to your Square order page where the status is updated in real time.

Processing & shipping

Orders process in 2–3 business days. Once your freight carrier picks it up, we email the tracking number and they'll schedule a delivery window directly with you.

Still can't find it?

Email sales@cottrellfurniture.com with the name and ZIP code you ordered under, or call/text (214) 235-9355. We'll find it in our system.

What the order statuses mean

Processing β€” We received your order and are preparing the piece for pickup by the carrier. Typically 2–3 business days.

Shipped β€” The piece has left our Waxahachie, TX warehouse. Freight tracking number is in the email we sent.

Out for delivery β€” The carrier has arrived at your regional terminal and is scheduling a window with you directly. Keep your phone handy β€” they call to coordinate.

Delivered β€” Signed for at your door. If this says delivered and you don't have the piece, contact us immediately.

DFW next-day delivery

If you ordered for next-day delivery in the Dallas / Fort Worth area, you'll get a text message the morning of delivery with a 2-hour window. Our local driver calls about 30 minutes before arrival.

Something wrong?

If your order arrives damaged or the wrong item shipped, take photos and contact us within 24 hours. See the returns page for the full process. We'll make it right.
