Retail Customers β All Sales Final
ALL RETAIL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for retail purchases under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. Wholesale Buyers β 50% Restocking Fee
Wholesale accounts may return items subject to the following conditions:
- A 50% restocking fee applies to all wholesale returns.
- Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all original boxes included. Returns will not be accepted without original packaging.
- The wholesale buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Returns must be authorized in advance β contact us at sales@cottrellfurniture.com or (214) 235-9355 before shipping anything back.
- Refunds (minus the 50% restocking fee) will be issued to the original payment method within 5β7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged from the carrier, you have two options:
- Option 1 β Replacement: We will replace the damaged item at no additional cost to you. Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing, take photos of the item and packaging, and contact us within 24 hours at (214) 235-9355 or sales@cottrellfurniture.com.
- Option 2 β Return the item: If you no longer want the item, a 50% restocking fee will apply. You are also responsible for return shipping costs back to our warehouse as well as any re-delivery shipping costs if applicable. All shipping fees must be paid before a refund is processed.
Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
1-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Every piece we sell comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects β frame failures, seam splits, hardware issues, and anything else that shouldn't have happened under normal use. File a warranty claim by contacting us with photos and your order number. Warranty repairs and replacements are handled at our discretion.
What's Not Covered
Normal wear and tear (cushion softening over years of daily use, mild fabric fading from sunlight, pet damage) is not covered under the manufacturer warranty. Damage from moving the furniture after delivery is not covered. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for retail customers.
