Return Policy Summary

  • Retail customers: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • Wholesale buyers: Returns accepted with a 50% restocking fee. Original packaging and boxes required. Buyer pays return shipping.
  • Damaged on arrival: We will replace the item. If you choose not to keep it, a 50% restocking fee applies and you are responsible for return shipping back to our warehouse as well as any re-delivery shipping costs.

Free Nationwide Threshold Delivery

All furniture orders within the continental United States ship free. Pricing does not change based on location β€” what you see at checkout is what you pay. Threshold delivery means we deliver to the first dry area inside your home, such as a foyer, entryway, or garage.

White Glove Delivery (Optional Upgrade)

White Glove delivery is available for an additional fee at checkout. This service includes placement of furniture in your room of choice, unpacking, light assembly when required, and removal of packaging debris. White Glove delivery is not included by default and must be selected at checkout.

Order Processing & Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order ships. Most orders deliver within 7–10 business days after processing, depending on item size and destination. Dallas / Fort Worth customers: next-day delivery is available on in-stock items β€” call or text us to confirm.

Delivery Method

Furniture is delivered via a professional freight carrier. Larger items ship via freight and require delivery scheduling. The carrier will contact you prior to delivery to schedule a window. Please ensure your contact information is accurate to avoid delays.

Damaged on Arrival

While rare, damage can occur during transit. If your item arrives damaged: note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing, take photos of the item and packaging, and contact us within 24 hours at (214) 235-9355 or sales@cottrellfurniture.com. We will arrange a replacement. If you choose not to keep the item, a 50% restocking fee applies and you are responsible for all return and re-delivery shipping costs. Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Important Information

Delivery timelines may be affected by weather or carrier delays. Missed delivery appointments may result in additional fees. Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. Local pickup is available in Dallas, TX the day after purchase.
